1. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time shown. All ticket sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or transfers are permitted once a ticket is purchased.
2. Cancellations & Changes
All purchases are non-refundable. Duke Entertainment does not accept cancellations or changes.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Duke Entertainment, alternative arrangements may be offered, but no refunds will be issued.
3. Admission Requirements
Entry is subject to venue rules and policies, including any age restrictions or ID requirements. Attendees must follow all instructions from venue staff.
4. Code of Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Duke Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person causing disruption, without refund or compensation.
5. Anti-Piracy Policy
- Use of recording devices (phones, cameras, smartwatches, etc.) during screenings is strictly prohibited.
- Security will monitor and enforce this policy.
- Anyone caught recording or attempting to record will be removed immediately and may face legal action.
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of copyrighted content is a criminal offense.
- By attending, guests agree to comply with these anti-piracy measures.
6. Limitation of Liability
Duke Entertainment is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or property damage occurring at the event.
7. Privacy Notice
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Force Majeure
Duke Entertainment is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Public health emergencies
- Technical failures
9. Film Classification Ratings (NZ)
Guests must comply with New Zealand's official film rating guidelines:

| M | Unrestricted. Suitable for mature audiences 16+ |
| RP13 | Restricted to ages 13+ unless with parent/guardian |
| RP16 | Restricted to ages 16+ unless with parent/guardian |
| R13 | Restricted to persons 13 and over only |
| R15 | Restricted to persons 15 and over only |
| R16 | Restricted to persons 16 and over only |
| R18 | Restricted to persons 18 and over only |
| E | Exempt from classification |
10. Purchase of Products or Services
By purchasing any product or service on this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use.
Persons under 16 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to complete any transaction.
11. Classification Compliance
You must not purchase or attend screenings for films that you (or your guests) are legally restricted from viewing.
We may request photo ID to verify age and reserve the right to deny entry if age classification requirements are not met.
12. Cinema Policies
Each Duke Entertainment cinema may set its own house rules, including:
- Dress codes
- Conditions of entry
- Responsible service of alcohol
Use of cameras or audio/video devices is strictly prohibited inside screening areas.
13. Food & Beverage Policy
Only water may be brought in from outside. Other food or drinks are not permitted.
